What is the Employment Readiness Program?

Participants in the employment readiness program have completed an intensive pre-employment and job search course.

What are the Benefits Gained from Hiring our Individuals?

Work Opportunity Tax Credit:

Participants may be eligible for WOTC. For six of the seven targeted groups, the federal tax credit is 35% of the first $6,000 in wages, for a maximum credit of $2,100.

Federal Bonding Program:

Eligibility of the FBP provides most participants individual fidelity bonds at no cost to employers of job seekers who are (or may be) denied coverage by commercial carriers.
